Ewww

I noticed that at Blockbuster and Netflix have a category for "Gay and Lesbian" movies. Doesn't that just seem weird to you? That a sexual orientation has its own category? It's kinda creepy.

"Watch ya wanna see tonight? Action? Horror? Comedy?"
"Nah, let's order a pizza and rent a Gay and Lesbian movie."

To be honest, I really do not care that there are G&L Movies. As you so often say, story is everything.

Of course, this is a category that you only see on line. Shortly after writing that, I went to BBV to pick out a movie. I asked an employee where their G&L section was. They didn't have one (they did point out the Broke Back Mountain was on the new release wall).

next time, do you need to go in and ask for the masculine adrenaline-pumped section? just to be safe. not that there's anything wrong with that.

I have not seen a video store in the many years without a G&L section. In fact, in my old neighborhood, the G&L took most of the space in the store. (The "Breeder" section had one shelf.) I imagine there are not many G&L sections in the South.

I hadn't even thought about that James. You are probably right. Of course, it's rare that I make it into the Video Store (since netflix), but there are those occasions.
