OK. I just saw this in front of cloverfield and it was 100% better than this video leads you to believe.The question is, will TOS work with new people? And, do we really want it to? That is to say, do we really want to recast our heroes?The story will need to be really, really, really good.
Just saw some production photos. My thoughts the same as yours. I remember thinking Roger Moore was the best James Bond. Daniel Craig proved new folks can sometimes do a pretty good job (though there will never be another Sean Connery as 007). I'm rooting for them.
As a TNG guy, I'm not totally opposed to a new cast of TOS. Just do screw with Pickard and his crew!(BTW Steve, George Lazenby took offense that you liked Roger Moore best.)
I am in the Roger Moore camp too. I really liked him and those are my favorite James Bond movies!
Who plays Sulu? I hope they get Sulu right.
