Katie has been taking riding lessons for years, but has never been in a show. That's kinda hard if you do not have a horse of your own (or are leasing one). But, she was asked to show a horse on Sunday. Scrambling around, we have pieced the uniform together.

When you lease a horse and live in the 'burbs, where do you keep it? Do you have a spare bedroom?
I had not even realized that you could lease a horse. The problem is, when you go to turn it in, if you are over your mileage, you can really pay large penalties.
All kidding aside, I was quoted $600 per month for one horse. That covered boarding and vacinations.
