"OTH" is not my favorite DreamWorks animation film to come out ("Shrek" ,"Madagascar" and "Shrek 2"), but it is light years better than "Shark Tales." Also, it is better than the other two animated films that I have seen this year ("Chicken Little" and "Ice Age 2"). But still, I found my mind wondering through out the film. The kids, however, absolutely loved it. They are at a point where they "get" the jokes, both overt and subtle. And that was as much fun to watch as the movie.

haven't seen it yet, chuck. as for other dreamworks stuff, i abhor shrek, but the second one at least made up for it, and i thought madagascar was good (so good that disney ripped it off with the wild?). but now we're all looking forward to CARS. woo hoo.
I hope that I am not getting to excited about Cars. But, honestly, Pixar has been the only company that has a track record of consistently good films.
I have to add that I thought "Hoodwinked" was one of the best animated features in a long time. Hope Pixar still has the magic...
We watched Hoodwinked on Friday, and I really enjoyed it. Especially liked the Wolf's story.
I loved that they took a cue from Fletch for the wolf's character. I wonder if they had hoped to cast Chevy Chase as the voice of the wolf?
